Gemstone Dig Kit review

This Gemstone Dig Kit is a lot of fun for kids to "dig" through to uncover the three gemstones encased in the cleverly cast plaster that was made to look like an amethyst crystal. We enjoy science related sets.The set is nicely packaged and includes a glossy gemstone guide, activity book, plastic magnifying glass, metal digging tool, brush, and an Amethyst, Tigers Eye, and Quartz Crystal encased in a cool looking plaster "Gemstone". This is geared for 6 and up and that seems appropriate, with some adult help possibly needed.I was so impressed with the activity guide and the information that was provided. It was certainly a fun, educational toy! I am definitely going to be purchasing more items from Dr. Cool in the future. We had so much fun playing with this and digging out the gemstones. I recommend this product to everyone that has kids ages 6-12 it is a great science project to teach your kids about. Excellent product! Good quality product. Stitching is high quality. I use these when doing resistance band training to keep arthritic hands from becoming sore.
