What exactly is melatonin? Melatonin is something that our bodies are supposed to make enough of naturally but in some people with disorders we don't have enough. A lot of people need that extra melatonin to help them fall asleep and calm them down to stay asleep but they don't know about it.Anxiety set in on me and it was terrible.So when this review came up I went for it because I thought if there was a better way to go so o didn't have to take pills everyday.but I also noticed that if I don't put enough cream on I won't go to sleep so I started to use 3 pumps and it works wonders. It has been hugely helpful in helping me get to sleep and stay asleep.It works very gradually and you wake refreshed with no medicine hang over in the morning.I like the pump bottle.Each pump gives the exact dose you need to enjoy restful sleep.This absorbs super fast and does not leave a sticky film on you. You rub it in and wait the next thing you know you are going to sleep.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review, and I have been using it ever since. It really gives me a nice burst of energy so I tend to put the recommended dose of 2 pumps onto my arms each morning. The cream soothes my skin and has a very nice cinnamon-y scent.I must say, this product had me intrigued. I typically take vitamin B12 orally, so the option to use it in a simple cream seemed easier.I didn't notice any type of residue left on my skin and the scent dissipated quickly which is nice because I have a love for perfumes and scented lotions and it's a serum, but it is more like cream texture. It's light pink in color, and not heavy or greasy.This is such a fantastic product! It did amazing things for my skin. It is made with natural ingredients. I also love that it is made in the USA. It brought relief to my dry skin and didn't cause any irritation or strange side effects.Maxasorb B12 is scientifically formulated to topically delivery Vitamin B12.

Wonderful pan, the sides are nice and high and the non stick works great. There is a line in the instruction manual about giving the pan of oil a light coating of oil before you cook - each time. That seems to make a lot of difference in the sticking department. I now do that on all my non stick pans and it seems to work well.It is a large pan that fits a good amount of food. After it is seasoned properly, it cooks well under high heat. I especially like the fact that it is environmentally safe and at a great price.This is a great value, it is very useful and controls heat wonderfully.
