I think the quality is great for the price. One word on assembly--there are no instructions, just four plastic side braces that are packed inside the basket when it arrives. The braces hold the basket open, and are meant to be inserted on the outside of the basket, two on each side, with the longer braces on the bottom and the shorter ones on top. There are tiny pockets sewn into the outside of the basket fabric that hold the braces on each end. The pockets that hold the top braces are 'hidden' under handles. It is large enough and I like the slight taper to the sides. The stiffeners keep it open, and the lid folds over the top if I want to keep the trash concealed. Additionally, the handles on the sides make this container easy to grab and stash behind the front seats if I am going to have a rider up front in the passenger seat. Doesn't slide. Magnet enclosure ideal for reaching in to toss trash, but then simply staying neatly contained, unlike the picture. Frame keeps it upright, sturdy. Looks like an accessory that came with the vehicle! Large enough to handle all the trash of a road trip. very stable will not tip over in any direction and has a thick tear resistant waterproof liner that can handle soda or whatever other mess you and your kids create.this trash can fits very tightly between the two front seats just behind the console so its in easy reach of everyone. It actuallly has a lid that I never use but could be useful if you have stinky garbage. Garbage is no longer strewn throughout and is quite easy to pull out to empty. The only downside is finding a place for it where someone isn't tripping over it. I generally keep it behind the front center console but kids almost always kicks it loading in and out. hoping to control the clutter while we spent long hours in the car. I have to say, this product really helped. It was large enough to hold a typical day's trash and was spill proof, so bottles and cans were no problem. I just emptied it and wiped it down every morning as we hit the road. It has a stable base, so it never tipped over during the trip. It has a lid that we never closed, but some people may like. And finally, you can remove the plastic inserts when you're done and the unit becomes flat for storage. I tried many things to manage the trash problem in my car. Nothing worked until I found this.
