These bands are great for workouts. They have been a great addition to our home gym. Because they are resistance bands, you work your muscles "coming and going" so to speak, not just one direction. I think these bands are absolutely perfect. They're not big and bulky, but genius. They fit in a small bag, and when you want to use them, all you need is a door that closes securely. For some exercises, all you need is yourself. The different bands represent different amounts of weight so you can add or delete bands in whatever combination of weights you want. Then, when you're done, fold everything up, put it in the bag, and set it in a closet or on a hook or under the bed. It takes up practically no space at all. And some people say the equipment is so light and takes up so little room that you can travel with everything you need personal or business. Just awesome!! They also seemed incredibly well designed and well made.  They arrived nicely packaged and are good quality. We use the bands for working out. Working out with these as opposed to actual weight training has been incredible for my tone and definition. Handy bag to carry all this stuff in it. It is nice to be able to choose resistance according to one's strength. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this product! These ain't no sissy rubber bands, but these are the real deal! The first time I used them, I felt like I was at stinking NASA or something! Traditionally, I have been a weight type of person because, let's be honest, pumping iron is incredibly great. Compared with other resistance band products selling, this band definitely is superior in both quality and strength. GREAT BANDS!!!! If you are looking to really build you body up with an inexpensive, well made, extremely effective product, these bands are awesome.
