This is a nice piece of equipment you can use at home to mainly exercise the chest, front shoulder, and back of the arms. So why not just do regular push-ups and save your hard-earned money? Well, this piece of equipment is vastly superior to regular floor push-ups, simply because it allows your trunk to lower down to the floor more- which increases the range of motion and makes the exercise harder. Of course you can stack something on your back or have a small child sit on your or something... All-in-all, these push-up handles are good to use for moderate strengthening and to maintain a certain level of fitness. Give them a try if you like doing push-ups.
