This is a really nice jump rope. My husband incorporates this into his workouts sometimes. He's 6'0'' and was able to use this with no problem. It has a nice weight to it, and it comes with a bag for storage. It came with clear instructions on how to put it together (really simple!). I like that this jump rope is adjustable. This is NOT like the jump rope you used as a child! This is an excellent jump rope for anyone, especially if you are into cross fit or any type of fitness program. It is lightweight, moves easily, quietly, and quickly. It takes little effort to turn and it's easy to get a rhythm going for extended sessions. It's easily adjustable and sturdy - it's great for beginners and fitness pros. The jump rope itself is very lightweight and the handles are ergonomically shaped so they are easy to hold. It comes with a case to keep it in for easy storage when not in use. The only improvement that could be to include some type of instructions on the easiest way to adjust it to the appropriate size. With some searching on line I easily found instructions on how to make certain it was the correct length for my height and how to make the necessary adjustments. I took this rope for a spin at the gym ....i had to see if i still had my moves from when i was a kid jumping rope with a clothes line rope.
