The most important review information I know of is how to use this effectively. Yes, it will mix (furiously) any cup of thin liquid including milk, but to create froth like a good latte, it helps to use a little technique: 1) warm the milk in the cup without the coffee, filling cup no more than one third. Yes, you can use a frothing pitcher instead, but you can't put a stainless steel frothing pitcher in the microwave. I find in a fairly powerful microwave 43 seconds is about right in a cold ceramic mug about 1/5 full. (It's okay to add sugar, syrup, or sweetner before frothing) 2) insert the frother (with batteries properly installed of course) all the way into the cup before you turn it on. 3) raise the frother as close to the surface as possible without breaking the surface of the milk 4) continue frothing while adjusting the height as the milk foams (froths) 5) best froth is about twice to three times volume of unfrothed milk 6) for best froth, let it sit a bit. for best heat, add coffee immediately. This is a great frother! Easy to use. Quick shipment and includes comprehensive instructions - so happy. Frother is very fast to reach its full speed (1 second), several other brands take a couple of seconds. - Torque is good and strong, better than the others - Makes good froth compared to the competition, slightly warmer milk/cream is best. Note: My experience is the froth does not last the entire duration while drinking your beverage. I put this in the pros category, because when compared to similar devices this one does a great job. - COST, great value Works great. I found it worked best on cold milk, which is perfect for topping off hot chocolate for kids:) it adds froth and cools the hot cocoa down so that they can drink it sooner. I have also used it on Almond Milk with success. This is super easy to use and works wonderful! Great product. Sturdy, performs well. Would definitely recommend! This is my first-time using a Milk Frother. I was very excited when the mail arrived and went to try my Frother straight away. I found it very easy to use. The froth was nice and thick. (I did warm up the milk a little) It was very easy to clean and does not take much space to store. Now every morning I am looking forward to my new lattes and/or cappuccinos instead of old boring black coffee. So far I am VERY pleased.
